Select the products you wish to order by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until your order is sent by clicking on the box “waste basket” or by canceling the order process. By clicking the button “Continue to checkout” you get to the order process. There you can order with or without customer account.

2. order with customer account

If you register at www.sauerundtroeger.de, you will be able to shop faster. Because you enjoy the advantage of having to enter your customer data only once. You can conveniently manage your newsletter and have the possibility to save the shopping cart automatically in case you have to interrupt your purchase. 3. order without customer account

If you wish to order without a customer account, place your order in the shopping cart without logging in or registering. After clicking on “Continue to checkout” you will be asked to enter all data required to process your order.
By your order as a guest orderer you do without a fast order execution with further orders. In addition, there is then no overview of your order history. Sauer & Tröger will ask for and use your personal data as a guest customer exclusively for the processing of the order. After completion of your order, the data entered by you will be deleted. You will find further information on the confidentiality of your data under Data Protection Information.

Before you complete the order process, please check your details and your product selection once again and adjust them if necessary.
Please read the General Terms and Conditions, the information on data protection and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only continue with the order if you accept it with a check mark. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you send us your order and submit a legally binding offer. First we confirm the receipt of the order with an automatic e-mail (order confirmation). However, this does not represent a legally binding acceptance of the order by us. A contractual relationship only comes about with our written order confirmation, which we send you in writing (letter) or electronically (fax or e-mail). A contractual relationship is also established by delivery of the goods. We are entitled to refuse acceptance of the order.

7. delivery period and delivery time

(a) The delivery period shall be the period between the date on which the consumer places the order and the date of delivery and, in the case of prepayment, the period between the date on which payment is received and the date of delivery.
We deliver immediately available articles within only 2 to 4 working days (Monday-Saturday) with the DHL package dispatch. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of the public holiday.
(b) The delivery time valid for your desired article will always be indicated directly on the respective article. So you can see at a glance when you can expect delivery. We will inform you immediately of any delays in delivery.
If an article is exceptionally not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, it will be indicated separately on the respective product page.

8. our tip: shipment tracking

In DHL shipment tracking, you can view the delivery status of your orders at any time by clicking on a link (which we will send you by e-mail upon delivery).

If you do not enter a different address, your billing address will automatically be your delivery address. If you are already a customer, you can also enter your company or relatives as a fixed delivery address instead. Alternatively, you can – very flexibly – have any order delivered to any address within Germany.

9. delivery and shipping costs
Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be by Deutsche Post or DHL. Sauer & Tröger ships worldwide. In individual cases, additional costs may be incurred for which Sauer & Tröger is not responsible and which are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

11. 30 days return with free return shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Thanks to our 14-day return option, you won’t be in a hurry to try it out. If something should not fit or please you once, you can return all articles (with the exception of the goods excluded from the revocation) within 14 days starting from receipt of the commodity. We grant free returns if you use our enclosed DHL return sticker. Please do not return your goods to us freight collect. The additional costs of goods returned freight forward will be invoiced to you. Your statutory right of revocation and warranty rights remain unaffected by this voluntary return option and continue to apply without restriction.
You have 14 days right of return.
 The products returned to us must of course be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
12. it is so easy to return products at Sauer & Tröger
– Repack the item in its original packaging;
– Fill in the return form that you will find in your user account.
– Put all articles together with the return form in the package;
– Apply the enclosed return label to the package;
– Finally, hand over the addressed and franked parcel to your post office. You no longer have to pay any parcel fees.

13. subsequent calculation of the postage and shipping flat rate
Should you have received our delivery because of the total invoice value without calculation of the postage and shipping flat rate, the total invoice value (invoice minus credit note for the returned items) of your purchase could be less than 75 euros after returning parts of our delivery. Since the postage and shipping flat rate is only granted for a total invoice value of 75 Euro or more, we will invoice the flat rate of 4.90 Euro subsequently (Section 4.3. GTC).
14. subsequent recalculation of your discount
If you are granted a discount based on the total invoice value of your purchase because of the total invoice value of your purchase, a lower total invoice value (invoice less credit for the returned items) could result after returning parts of our delivery, which no longer corresponds to the discount granted. In such a case, we will recalculate your discount at a later date depending on the new total invoice value. The discount difference will then be invoiced to you subsequently.
