You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by clicking on the “Trash” box or by canceling the ordering process. By clicking on the “Continue to checkout” button you will go to the ordering process. You can order there with or without a customer account.
2. Order with customer account
If you register at www.sauer-troeger.com, you will have the opportunity to shop faster. Because you enjoy the advantage of only having to enter your customer data once. You can easily manage your newsletter and have the option to automatically save the shopping cart if you ever have to interrupt your shopping. 3. Order without a customer account
If you want to order without a customer account, place your order in the shopping cart without logging in or registering. After clicking “Proceed to checkout” you will be asked to provide all the information required to process your order.
By placing your order as a guest orderer, you forego quick order processing for further orders. In addition, there is no overview of your order history. Sauer & Tröger will only request and use your personal data as a guest orderer to process the order. After completing your order, the data you entered will be deleted. You can find further information about the confidentiality of your data under data protection information.

Before you complete the ordering process, please check your details and product selection again and adjust them if necessary.
Please read the General Terms and Conditions , the information on data protection and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only continue with the order if you agree with a tick. By clicking the “Buy now” button, you send your order to us and submit a legally binding offer. First, we confirm receipt of the order with an automatic email (order confirmation). However, this does not constitute a legally binding acceptance of the order by us. A contractual relationship is only concluded with a written order confirmation from us, which we will send to you in writing (letter) or electronically (fax or email). A contractual relationship is also concluded through delivery of the goods. We are entitled to refuse to accept the order.

7. Delivery time and delivery time
(a) The delivery period is the period between the day the consumer places the order and the day of delivery; in the case of advance payment, the period between the day of receipt of payment and the day of delivery.
We deliver immediately available items within just 2 to 4 working days (Monday-Saturday) using DHL parcel shipping. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the holiday will be replaced by the next working day.
(b) We always show you the delivery time applicable to your desired item directly on the respective item. This way you can see at a glance when you can expect delivery. If there are any delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.
If, in exceptional cases, an item is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be noted separately on the respective product page.
8. Our tip: shipment tracking
In the DHL shipment tracking you can view the delivery status of your orders at any time by clicking on a link (which we will send to you by email upon delivery).
Unless you provide a different address, your billing address is automatically also your delivery address. If you are already a customer, you can also use e.g. as a fixed delivery address instead. B. Enter your company or relatives. Alternatively, you can – very flexibly – have any order delivered to any address within Germany.
9. Delivery and shipping costs
Depending on the size of your order, shipping will take place via Deutsche Post or DHL. Sauer & Tröger ships worldwide. In individual cases, additional costs may arise for which Sauer & Tröger is not responsible and which must be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for transferring money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

11. 30 day return option with free return shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Thanks to our 14-day return option, you're in no rush to try it out. If you don't like or like something, you can return all items (with the exception of goods that cannot be withdrawn) within 14 days of receiving the goods. We offer free returns if you use the DHL return label provided. Please do not send your goods back to us freight forwarded. You will be charged for the additional costs of goods returned freight forwarded. Your statutory right of withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected by this voluntary return option and continue to apply without restriction.
You have a 14 day return policy. The products returned to us must of course be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
12. Returns are so easy at Sauer & Tröger
• Pack the item back in its original packaging;
• Fill out the return form that you can find in your user account
• Place all items in the package along with the return slip;
• Stick the enclosed return label on the package;
• Finally, hand over the addressed and stamped package to your post office. You no longer have to pay any package fees.

13. Subsequent calculation of postage and shipping costs
If you received our delivery because of the total invoice value without calculating the postage and shipping costs, after returning parts of our delivery the total invoice value (invoice less credit for the returned items) of your purchase could be less than 75 euros.
14. Subsequent recalculation of your discount
If you are granted a discount that is dependent on the total invoice value because of the total invoice value of your purchase, after parts of our delivery have been returned, a lower total invoice value (invoice less credit for the returned items) could result, which no longer corresponds to the discount granted. In such a case, we will subsequently recalculate your discount depending on the new total invoice value. We will then invoice you for the discount difference subsequently. (Section 4.2.
